Challenge
Each year, we’re tasked with creating a fresh event theme that surpasses the last while aligning with Automation Anywhere’s evolving goals. For 2025, that meant launching “Agentic Automation Solutions” in a way that felt visionary yet grounded.
The design needed to balance technical credibility with bold, emotional messaging that spoke to a diverse audience—from decision-makers to developers—while reinforcing the brand’s leadership in AI.
Approach
To bring the “Let them soar” theme to life, Design in Mind created a cohesive visual identity rooted in motion, elevation, and forward-thinking energy. We applied it across every touchpoint—from large-scale graphics and stage visuals to presentation templates and motion design. The experience was crafted to make attendees feel momentum and possibility the moment they entered the space.
Key elements included:
• A kinetic design language with airy gradients, flight motifs, and upward movement
• Immersive environmental branding through murals, archways, and screens

Results
The event introduced Automation Anywhere’s Agentic Automation Solutions, positioning the brand at the forefront of AI agent technology. Visionary keynotes and immersive stage content brought the story to life, while demos showed how leading companies use AI agents to orchestrate workflows and drive results.
